COVID-19 EXTENDED RETURN TIMELINE
Beyond Yoga takes the health concerns around COVID-19 seriously. Your safety and the safety of our team is our top priority. We understand that completing a return within 30 days can be a challenge during these times. Exceptions to this return window are subject to approval from Beyond Yoga.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, any item purchased at BeyondYoga.com or Beyond Yoga stores accompanied by a receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment.
- Items purchased online may be returned by mail or in-store. In-store retail purchases may only be returned in-store and may not be returned by mail.
- All returned items must be received by Beyond Yoga by mail or in-store accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund in the form of original payment.
- Returns made without receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
- Items received 30 days after purchase will be refunded to a gift card only.
- International customers who purchase from U.S. online are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
- Returns accompanied by a gift receipt may be refunded to a gift card only.
- All garments must have original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with no alterations to qualify for return, exchange, or gift card.
- One-time price adjustments can be made on all full-price items to reflect sale prices and discounts within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt to be eligible.
- Beyond Yoga stores do not permit exchanges at this time. All items returned to stores are eligible for refund or gift card only.
RETURN FOR REFUND
You may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 15 days from the day of return delivery for the return to process and the refund to post to your credit card. You will receive a refund voucher immediately once your return request is submitted. This is a temporary access to your refund while your return is in transit. The voucher can be redeemed on the Beyond Yoga website. Any unused portion will be refunded to the original form of payment once the return is processed.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
You may return your order purchased online for an exchange in size within 30 days of purchase. Your exchange order will be sent for processing immediately. To avoid being invoiced for the exchange order, please be sure to ship your return order within 7 days of starting your return using only the assigned return label. Exchanges for new colors or styles not permitted. If you would like to exchange for a different style or color, please complete a return for a refund and use the immediate refund voucher to place a new order. Discounts will not transfer to new orders. Exchanges are not accepted in-store.
Prepaid return labels are provided to all U.S.A. returns. Return labels are specific to your return and only the approved items should be included in the return package. Please do not combine returns or it will likely result in delayed processing. We use USPS to allow for easy drop off and delivery back to our warehouse.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a request to return your order. We suggest you try your Beyond Yoga order on and walk around to find if the fit is exactly what you are looking for! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply click the return link to begin a return request. You may also reach out to the care team for assistance.

COMPLETING YOUR RETURN
A prepaid USPS label will be assigned to all domestic return requests. You may take your package to any USPS location or simply ship with your local postman. Your Beyond Yoga prepaid label is specific to your return request. To avoid delay in processing, please include only the approved items in your return package. Please do not combine return orders in one shipment.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Beyond Yoga does not provide free international return shipping. You may return your order for refund using any return shipping method most convenient to you. We ask that customers hold on to their return tracking number until the return is confirmed to be successfully delivered to the Beyond Yoga warehouse. You need to obtain a return number from Customer Care prior to sending in your return. Please allow 15 days for the return to completely process and refund to the original form of payment. Shipping/duties and taxes are not refundable.

REFUND VOUCHER
You will receive an immediate refund voucher once you complete your return request. This is a temporary voucher and any unused portion will be refunded once your return has been completely processed in the Beyond Yoga returns warehouse. Only one voucher is provided per original order. This means that if an order purchased by refund voucher is returned, the order will no longer be issued a temporary credit. Instead, the return will be refunded to the original form of payment.
REDEEMING YOUR RETURN CREDIT VOUCHER
Enter the voucher code in the DISCOUNT CODE box provided during your checkout. Voucher codes cannot be applied to an order once it has been submitted. If you forget to enter your code your refund will be processed to the original form of payment once the return has processed in the Beyond Yoga returns warehouse.
GIFT RETURNS POLICY
Beyond Yoga offers a separate option if you have received a gift and need to process a return. The original purchaser will not be notified (so no hurt feelings!). Simply select the "Returning a gift" option on the return page. You will be prompted to enter the order number and zip code. Once the return request has been completed you will be issued a return label and an instant credit code. Please use the assigned return label to return only the approved items. If the return is received and processed in the Beyond Yoga warehouse before you have redeemed your credit code, the return will be refunded to a gift card code and will be emailed to you.
ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER RETAILERS
Returns are completed at the point of purchase. For items purchased at a retail location and when the retailer policy doesn't allow the return, please have your original receipt available and reach out to the wholesale department at wholesale@beyondyoga.com. While we can't guarantee a refund or exchange for items purchased at other retailers, our team is happy to see if there's any way we can help.
LATE RETURN POLICY
Your return request should be initiated within 30 days of placing your order. Return requests outside of this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to acceptance at the discretion of Beyond Yoga.
